Do I need a credit card to try it?

No. You get 14 days free with no card. When the trial ends, your data stays put and the account becomes read-only until you pick a plan.

How does it connect to Instagram and Facebook?

DM to Close connects through the APIs Meta provides to developers (the Instagram API with Instagram Login and the Messenger Platform for Facebook Pages). You sign in on Instagram’s and Facebook’s own login pages, and Instagram’s messaging rules, like the 24-hour reply window, are built in. DM to Close is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta, Instagram, or Facebook. An optional browser-agent mode exists for people who can’t use the official connection; it runs on your own device and is at your own risk.

Does it work with my personal Facebook profile?

No. Facebook only offers messaging tools for Pages, not personal profiles, so you connect a Facebook Page you manage.

Do I have to write all the replies myself?

No. Pick a starter pack for your industry (fitness, coaching, real estate, med spas, salons, e-commerce, tattoo, photography and weddings, agencies, local services and more), fill in a short box about your business, and choose which replies, keywords and follow-ups to turn on. You can edit everything afterwards.

Which AI does it use?

The one you choose: Muse, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, an automation tool like n8n, Make or Zapier, or your own software. Each agent gets its own key with the permissions you set, and you can switch or remove it anytime.

Will people know they’re talking to AI?

Your agent writes in your voice, but it never pretends to be human. If someone asks, it says it’s your AI assistant and offers to have you reply. You can also have it say so in the first message.

Can I still reply myself?

Anytime. Reply from Instagram, Facebook or the CRM, and the AI automatically steps back from that conversation. You choose AI Auto, Assist (it suggests, you send) or Manual for each lead.

Can my team use it?

Yes. Invite teammates as Admin, Salesperson or Viewer. Plans include 2 to 25 team members.

Is my data safe?

Access tokens and 2-step verification secrets are encrypted, passwords are never stored in plain text, every business’s data is kept separate, and important changes are logged. We don’t sell your data or use it to train AI models.
